Dancing Clothes Glitch

WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO READ IS OUTDATED! THE GLITCH DOES'NT WORK ANYMORE AND MIGHT NEVER WORK AGAIN!

A few days ago, I saw a penguin dancing and his clothes were all messed up! I thought and wondered how to do that. I figured it out eventually! Here is a video to show you.
